Example Portfolio Item

You can link a portfolio item to any arbitrary page you like (this is because you can create any preview content for a portfolio item via the excerpt metabox). The benefit of this is you can use any page template you want for your portfolio item - you can even create custom sidebars. We went ahead and embedded a video below, but you could add any content you please!
